How to Flash any Mtk Device using Sp Flash Tool

In this tutorial i am going to post how to flash any mediatek chipset smartphone using sp flash tool

This tutorial is useful if

• Your smartphone is soft bricked or hard bricked
• Your smartphone is infected by a virus and you can't delete it.
• Your phone is stuck in bootloader or hanged on logo of your smartphone brand
• You see errors of "(any app) is not responding".
• You cannot hard reset your smartphone.

This tutorial is only for devices running on mediatek chipset.

Prerequisites:

1.  Download Sp Flash Tool. download from here.
2.  Download Mtk vcom Drivers. download it from here.
3.  Download the flash file for your smartphone.

Note: make a backup of all your data before flashing your phone.

• Download sp flash tool and android vcom drivers from above links.
• Extract sp flash tool with winrar or with any other extracting tools.
• Install Mediatek vcom drivers in your computer.
• Download and extract scatter flash file for your smartphone on desktop.
• Turn off your smartphone and unplug the battery and put it back.

• Right click on Sp Flash tool and run as administrator

• Now click on "scatter-loading".

• Go to desktop or wherever you extracted flashing files.

• Select the scatter file from the folder. It will be a text file.

• Wait for the files to get loaded.
• Now select "download only" from the dropdown menu.

 

Warning ! Dont use format all + download if you don't know what you are doing.

• Click on download button.

• Now plug in a USB data cable into computer and also in your phone.
• You will see that your smartphone will be connected and sp flash tool will start downloading files to your phone.

• Wait for the process to complete.

Now your smartphone will be flashed.
