How to repair/change imei and nvrom error on mtk android smartphone

Have you error faced invalid imei and nvrom error in your smartphone? . Whenever a user see this type of errors than it means that nvrom is somehow get formatted or corrupted.
  

How to know if IMEI and nvrom is corrupted? 

IMEI check:

When IMEI is corrupted your network wont get registered on network and there will be no signal on your smartphone.
To check if IMEI is corrupt open dialer app and type *#06#. If it shows invalid IMEI then it is confirmed that your IMEI is corrupt.

NVROM Check: 

For checking if NVROM is corrupt

  - Go to settings > Wifi
  - Check if there is any open network named nvrom error.
  - If you see one than it is confirmed that Mac address is corrupt. 

How to Repair Invalid IMEI and Nvrom error?

There are several ways to repair these errors . i will share you a procedure which is very easy and can be done by simple steps without a computer.

So we shall start now.

Prerequisites:

•  Your smartphone should be rooted and super user or kingroot must be installed before beginning.
•  battery should be atleast 50% charged.

Things required for the process:

1. Rooted mtk device.

2. Chamelemac apk

Instruction:

Download above apk files and install them into your smartphone.
Close all other apps opened in your smartphone.

Change/repair IMEI number:

Procedure:

First write down IMEI number of your smartphone. It should be written on the back of your smartphone. Remove the back cover and battery and write down the number on a paper or anywhere you like.
If you cant find it on the back or your smartphone battery is non removable then you can find the IMEI on the box of your smartphone. In any case you cant find your imei number then dont worry follow "Alternative procedure" posted below.

1. Open chamelephone app It will ask you for root access.  
2. Grant root access to the app. 
3.  Now you will see two input boxes where you can write the IMEI number which you wrote down before.
4. Write the IMEI number and press change the IMEI.

after that restart your smartphone. Now your IMEI should be repaired .

Alternative Procedure:

 What if you can't find your IMEI ? Dont worry just follow the altermative procedure given below.

1. Open chamelephon app and grant root access to the app
2. Once app is open click on generate random IMEI
3. Now click on apply and Restart your smartphone

Now your IMEI has been changed.

Changing MAC address or repairing NvRom error:

 Procedure:

For changing / repairing nvrom error Install chamelemac apk in your smartphone. 

1. Open chamelemac app and grant root permission to the app.
2. Now click on generate random mac address and apply it.
3. Restart your phone to complete the process.

Now your nvrom error should be solved.
