How to Delete a Blog on Blogger

How to Delete a Blog on Blogger

1. Open Blogger Dashboard and Navigate to "Settings" tab from the left sidebar.
2. Now go to "Other" menu from the submenu of settings.
3. On this page, you will find a section called "Delete blog".

Click on "Delete this blog" and the blog will be deleted.

If you want to create a backup of your blog before deleting it then click "download blog". You can also download a backup of your blogger Template for if you wa
nt to use it any other time It will download all the posts and pages of the blog into a backup file for restoring it in the future.

How to Permanently Delete a blog on Blogger

While applying the above procedure, Your blog will be deleted temporarily and resides in your account and it will be deleted permanently after some time, so you want to restore it back, You could do it easily. while if you want to delete your blogger blog permanently then follow the procedure given below.

Procedure to Permanently delete a blogger blog

1. From blogger dashboard, open the drop-down menu which shows which is used to switch between blogs. See the example in the picture below.

2. You will see a section of Deleted blog at the end of the drop-down menu. Click on the blog you want to delete permanently.
3. A new page will open with 2 options on it. One is Permanently deleted and second is Undelete.

   

   Choose what you want.

   
   If you want to restore your blogger blog then click on "Undelete" and the blog will be restored.
4. Click on "Permanently delete" button

5. A pop-up will appear. Click on "Permanently delete" button again

now the blog is deleted permanently from your blogger dashboard and can never be restored again in the future.
